As a Certified Financial Planner with over 21 years of experience, Steve is the consummate professional and has led our growing team in our boutique office since 2008, as President.  Steve takes great pride in serving his clients as they achieve their goals for retirement by utilizing customized financial plans for individual and/or business needs.   Steve enjoys spending his spare time with his family at the cottage, boating, sitting on the dock and the occasional round of golf.

Keith became a financial advisor in January 2003 and spent 10 years in management, training and coaching advisors, in addition to working with clients. In January 2016, Keith rejoined the field and partnered with Truvision Financial to better serve the long term financial needs and strategies of clients. Keith takes pride working with young professionals, athletes and growing families to help them achieve their financial goals. Keith holds his Certified Health Specialist (CHS) designation and is working toward his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation. In his spare time, Keith enjoys traveling with his family.

Lino brings over 25 years of experience in the financial field – he is also one of the original partners of Truvision. A fiscal navigator and a business graduate, Lino effectively assists individual and business clients in managing their tax, investment, estate and insurance needs. His priority is ensuring his clients are on the right paths to success and financial stability. In his spare time, Lino enjoys traveling with his wife and experiencing different cultures and dining experiences.

For close to 20 years, Mark has been a dominant force in the financial services industry while providing creative, knowledgeable and effective solutions. Arriving at Truvision from Canada Life and Great West Life, Mark focuses on client relations; guiding his clients in reaching their financial goals as well as providing plan member education – as he is also our in-house Group Benefits and Group Retirement Services specialist. In his down time, Mark is a keen player of both golf and guitar, while enjoying the company of his family and friends.  

A graduate of McMaster University with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, Tally is a huge asset to the Truvision team with his wealth of knowledge – and quick wit - and has provided personalized financial solutions to families since 1997. A fierce family man, Tally is also dedicated to his local community where he’s coached youth sports for well over 20 years. 

On the cusp of 20 years in financial services, Gary is a graduate of the Insurance program at Mohawk College. Gary services clients in Northwestern Ontario, and Manitoba. Gary’s passion is helping families plan for their future and protect their finances. You could find Gary on the lake with his wife and young children, or coaching at the local rink in his spare time. 

A Certified Financial Planner who grew up in the industry; Kieran recalls watching and learning from his father, Brad, work in the industry for as long as he can remember. After graduating from Trent University with a degree in Business Administration with and a minor in Economics, his interest in finding ways to make his savings grow developed into a career, and Kieran joined the Truvision team. Kieran enjoys the relationships he establishes with clients over building efficient, financial plans that they can feel confident with. Out of the office you may find Kieran either playing or referring hockey, and traveling and hiking with his wife.

Following his graduation from McMaster University, Joseph began his career in Financial Services in 1999 with Freedom 55 Financial. Truvision was thrilled to welcome Joe in-house in 2021, bringing with him over 20 years of experience. Joseph prides himself on his long-term relationships with his growing client base and providing excellent service and empathy. In his spare time, Joe can be found at home with his lovely wife Lisa and his 3 children or coaching and playing soccer.

Nathaniel relishes in developing deep personal connections with his clients. As a Certified Financial Planner, he customizes financial plans tailored to his clients' personalized needs. Immediately upon graduating from Carleton University's Bachelor of Commerce program, he discovered his passion for helping others with their financial lives. Once he knows what his clients value most, he is able to use an analytical approach to help guide them every step of the way to success. When Nathaniel is not working, you can find him taking his dog Maple for a run, out on the golf course, or playing hockey. Nathaniel is a proud member of Advocis, the Financial Advisors Association of Canada.

With over 9 years of experience in the financial industry, Brianne brings a wealth of knowledge, exceptional organizational skills, and a vibrant enthusiasm to the Truvision team. Known for her friendly demeanor and dedication to supporting leadership, she thrives in fast-paced environments and is committed to driving efficiency and success. Outside of work, Brianne enjoys exploring the outdoors, traveling to new destinations, and cherishing quality time with her family.

After attending the administrative program at Western University, Susan has gone on to provide over 25 years of superior customer service and care to clients. A proud Hamiltonian, she enjoys weekend road trips with her husband, an accomplished chef, and enjoying the local jewels her city has to offer. Susan's enthusiasm and positive mindset are huge assets to Truvision's team.

We are pleased to introduce Jamie Gaudet, a dynamic addition to our team. Jamie holds a bachelor's degree in political science, which has equipped her with a strong analytical foundation. With five years of experience as a manager, she has honed her skills in customer service, where she developed a keen understanding of both operational efficiency and fostering meaningful connections with clients. Outside of her professional pursuits, Jamie often spends time gardening or enjoying the outdoors with her dog and niece.

Kelly Hannaford joins Truvision with over 20 years of experience in customer service. She brings a wealth of knowledge and a genuine passion for assisting others. Her outgoing and friendly demeanor ensures that she connects effortlessly with both clients and colleagues. Outside of her professional life, Kelly enjoys attending concerts and traveling, embracing new experiences.

With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge and a strong customer service background. A proud graduate of Mohawk College, she has furthered her expertise through the Life Office Management Association (LOMA) and is currently working toward becoming mutual fund licensed.

During her off hours, Michelle treasures time with her family—whether it's supporting her boys in their various sports or cheering on her husband in his Ultra Trail runs. She particularly enjoys traveling to her cottage in the summer, where she can relax and spend time on the water.
